Scope of the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing all paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with digital marketing strategies, analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

● Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

● Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize Google Analytics and Triple Whale to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Regularly report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
 

● Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with

overall business objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and

the beauty industry.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for

growth and innovation.

● Budget Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and

maximization of ROI.

  •  Allocate budget across various platforms and campaigns based on performance

and strategic goals.

● Creative Development:

  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with

our target audience.

  • Test and optimize ad creatives for better engagement and conversion rates.

● Audience Targeting:

  • Develop and implement advanced audience targeting strategies to reach and

engage the most relevant customers.

  • Use data and insights to create detailed customer personas and tailor marketing

efforts accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

● 2-3 years of experience in similar roles 

Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google,

TikTok, and Pinterest.

● In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with Triple Whale.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

● Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Experience in the beauty industry or with e-commerce brands targeting the

African-American market is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
