Role: Account Coordinator
Priority Location: South Africa, Philippines, and Latin America.
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (EST) Mon - Fri
Salary Range: $1,400 - $1,800 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

We sell exclusively to the distributor channel — we don't compete with our customers, we help them win. About The Role:
As an Account Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of our distributor accounts. You partner with an Account Manager to keep accounts running smoothly — handling quotes, orders, proofs, and customer communication end-to-end. You own the day-to-day customer experience and the speed of every transaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to distributor inquiries by phone, email, and messaging — fast, accurate, professional
- Prepare and send quotes; process orders accurately (products, decoration, timelines, costs)
- Coordinate proofs, artwork approvals, and production timelines
- Follow up on open quotes; communicate status and delays proactively
- Resolve issues quickly; escalate to the Account Manager when needed
- Keep every interaction logged in Odoo — accurate records, clear notes, current status
- Work with sales, production, sourcing, and design teams to keep orders on track

- Quote turnaround: under 2 hours on standard requests
- Order accuracy: 99%+
- Response time: under 2 hours, same business day
- CRM hygiene: every interaction logged, every open thread tracked
- Customer satisfaction: zero escalations from missed follow-ups
How You Think:
This role is broad. We carry 2,000+ products, custom sourcing, and proprietary lines, and no one walks in knowing all of it. We're not hiring someone who already knows promotional products — we're hiring someone who works well across a wide, unfamiliar surface. Three traits matter most:
- Resourceful when the answer isn't obvious. When something isn't in the playbook, you find the answer or ask the right question fast. You don't freeze, and you don't guess and hope. This is the one that matters most.
- You learn how things work, not just what they are. You pick up the structure — how a quote is built, where pricing lives, how decisions get made — and apply it to products you've never seen, instead of relying on a memorized list.
- You catch your own mistakes. You self-check before you send. Low error rate on quotes and proofs because precision is instinct, not an afterthought.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales operations (B2B strongly preferred)
- Comfortable on phone and email all day
- Highly organized — you can hold 20+ open threads without losing track
- Direct, professional, solution-oriented
- Experience using a CRM (Odoo a plus, not required — we'll train)
