We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and operation of manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks) across the Midwest, with an active focus on Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Our model is simple and proven: we acquire well-located parks, operate them for the long term, and sell homes within our communities. The firm is founded and led by a CPA with a five-year track record in the space spanning roughly 2,500 lots and more than two dozen communities. We are now scaling aggressively under a new platform and are on track to reach 1,000 lots as our pipeline closes through the coming year.
We are a lean, entrepreneurial team that already runs much of its operation remotely, and we believe in building long-term relationships with the people who grow with us. This is not a large, layered corporate environment; it is a fast-moving shop where the right person has real ownership and a direct line to leadership.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are hiring a dedicated remote Acquisitions Analyst to work directly alongside our Acquisitions Lead. As our deal volume accelerates, she needs a right hand who can carry the research, analysis, sourcing, and pipeline work so she can stay focused on evaluating and closing deals.
This role is approximately 75% acquisitions support and 25% home sales support. You will be the engine behind the deal pipeline: researching parks, pulling the numbers, running initial outreach, and keeping every opportunity organized and moving. It is a hands-on, high-trust seat with a clear path to grow as the platform grows.

- →Assist with home sales administration and record-keeping in AppFolio
Administrative Support
- →Prepare meeting notes and summaries
- →Provide general research and organizational support to the acquisitions and home sales functions
Requirements
~1 min read- 1+ years of real estate experience (acquisitions, brokerage, property management, or CRE analysis)
- Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and maintaining models and working with comps and rent rolls
- Excellent spoken and written English; clear and professional on calls with U.S. brokers and owners
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Based in Latin America or South Africa with the ability to work full-time on U.S. Eastern hours
- Reliable remote work setup (stable internet, quiet call environment)
- Experience in manufactured housing / mobile home parks (multifamily experience translates well)
- Familiarity with CoStar, Reonomy, HubSpot, or AppFolio
- Exposure to underwriting or deal analysis
You are:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — your work is accurate and clean, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Proactive and self-directed — you close loops, flag issues early, and move without waiting to be told
- A strong, confident communicator — clear in writing and on the phone
- Reliable and committed — you are looking for a long-term home where you can grow, not a short-term gig
- Coachable — you welcome training and feedback and put it to work quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean environment where priorities shift and ownership is real
