Our client is a rapidly growing, family-oriented residential pest control company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded 4.5 years ago, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality recurring home services. Their sales model is entirely phone-based, with no door-to-door sales.
The daytime sales team and managers operate between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET, while the founders have historically managed after-hours and weekend inquiries. As the business continues to grow, our client is looking for a dedicated sales professional to take ownership of this critical shift. The company values teamwork, communicates closely through Slack, and focuses on building long-term trust with every customer.
Our client is seeking a high-performing Inbound Sales Representative based in Latin America to manage their after-hours and weekend sales pipeline.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners calling with pest concerns or service inquiries. This is a warm, inbound phone sales role where your primary objective is to convert inquiries into booked services during the initial call.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position. You will listen to each customer's concerns, educate them on available service plans, explain recurring packages and specialty treatments, and schedule appointments directly within the company's dispatch software.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls forwarded through the company's phone system during evenings and weekends.

Build rapport quickly with homeowners experiencing pest-related issues.

Educate customers on recurring service plans, pricing options, seasonal packages, and specialty treatments.

Handle objections confidently and close sales during the initial conversation.

Use FieldRoutes to check technician availability and schedule appointments in real time.

Accurately log customer information, call notes, and sales activity in Microsoft Excel.

Communicate with the daytime team and company founders via Slack to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
Requirements

Exceptional spoken and written English with a professional, confident, and engaging phone presence.

Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service within home services or blue-collar industries such as pest control, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, or similar.

Comfortable using CRM systems, field service software (FieldRoutes experience is a plus), Microsoft Excel, digital phone systems, and Slack.

A strong sales mindset with a passion for closing deals and achieving commission targets.

A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a dependable computer, and a quality USB headset.

This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity.

The successful candidate will work entirely on a US Eastern Time schedule.

The contractor is responsible for managing all applicable local taxes and statutory obligations.
