About the company:

We are a small, fast-moving Amazon advertising agency built by ex-Amazon employees. We’ve managed some of the biggest brands on the planet, but we’re not a corporate machine. We’re scrappy, strategic, and obsessed with performance.

We live in the details of Sponsored Ads, experiment constantly, and scale brands that actually matter. If you love the thrill of solving problems and having true ownership over your work, you will fit right in.

Fair warning: We don’t believe in endless meetings or micromanagement, but this is not an easy job. We are strictly looking for someone who is excellent at what they do.

Responsibilities

  • Business Reviews: You will write weekly and monthly business reviews that explain why an account moved, not just that it moved. Every review must end with a written action plan: what we will do, by when, and the exact result we expect.

  • Strategy & Budgeting: You will build budget and media strategies, defend where budget goes using data, and track performance rigorously against your own plan.

  • Account Optimization: You will optimize Sponsored Ads accounts against the client's goals—pulling spend back from underperforming products/targets, scaling what's working, and backing every move with data.

  • Pacing & Metrics: At any given point in the month, you know whether each of your accounts is pacing to budget and goal, allowing you to flag pacing problems before the client notices them.

  • Impact-Driven Task Management: You manage your daily task load ranked by expected impact on the account. For any task on your list, you can state in one or two sentences why it matters and what business result it should produce.

  • Software Utilization: You will work within our proprietary ads management software.

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience running Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple brands.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills; complete comfort working in bulk sheets for large-scale edits and reporting.

  • Tools: Working fluency with PPC tools like Helium 10 and Data Dive to guide keyword and campaign decisions.

  • Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal English. You will communicate directly with the accounts you manage via text and on calls.

  • Mindset: Data-driven, curious, and proactive. You don't wait for instructions—you look for impact.

  • Workflow: Proficiency working within Slack and Monday.com for communication, project, and task management.
