Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct outbound calls to leads from paid and organic channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
- →Initiate conversations to assess interest and basic qualification
- →Maintain high daily call activity to maximize engagement
- Schedule qualified prospects for meetings with sales closers
- Ensure accurate and timely booking aligned with team availability
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling logistics
- Consistently follow up with a large volume of leads
- Track all interactions and updates within CRM or relevant systems
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records
- Demonstrate clear, professional, and persuasive English communication
- Maintain a confident and engaging phone presence
- Possess a neutral or near-native English accent (South African or equivalent preferred)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff
- Follow established processes for onboarding, tracking, and reporting
- Align with team goals and performance expectations
- Measured primarily on the number of qualified meetings booked
- Expected to meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and scheduling targets
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales support
- Comfortable working with high-volume outreach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM tools and scheduling platforms is preferred
