We are seeking a sharp, high-energy Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to drive conversions across our scaling high-ticket wealth management funnel. This position combines high-intent incoming lead qualification with strategic database mining.

In this role, you will manage two core sales channels: handling warm incoming inquiries generated by our marketing engine, and proactively calling our massive internal database of over 500,000 high-net-worth parents. This is a consultative sales position built for a closing-minded setter who thrives in a high-activity environment and wants to leverage a real-time AI desktop co-pilot to handle complex real estate investment and tax objections.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to an internal database of 500k+ leads (growing by 20k/week).

  • Move passive or historical leads into active sales cycles by pitching our high-ticket ($9k–$12k) real estate college-funding model
     
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Field warm incoming inquiries from our marketing funnel, rapidly vetting buyer assets and booking qualified leads straight to senior Closers.
     
  • Overcome sophisticated objections regarding real estate investing and tax-planning using a real-time AI desktop co-pilot.
  • Navigate and manage pipeline logic flawlessly within GoHighLevel to ensure zero dropped opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of high-volume outbound sales, BDR, or cold-calling experience (SaaS, FinTech, or high-ticket B2C preferred).

  • High resilience and the ability to maintain consistent energy across multiple outbound conversations daily.

  • Exceptional verbal English with a clear, high-confidence delivery that establishes instant authority with US consumers.

  • Tech-agile; highly comfortable using automated dialers and processing real-time AI prompts on screen while speaking.
