- Employment Type: Full-Time (with a strategic, ramp-up period starting part-time in August to align with system training before transitioning to full-time ahead of the Annual Enrollment Period).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. Eastern Time (flexibility between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM ET).
- Compensation Target: $1,000 – $2,000 / month, dependent on depth of experience.

As the agency expands its team of bilingual brokers, we are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Appointment Setter to support lead outreach, calendar management, and CRM operations to help scale our pipeline.
The Bilingual Appointment Setter will serve as a vital extension of the companys team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, pre-qualifying leads (specifically for Medicare and private health insurance products), and scheduling appointments directly into brokers' calendars.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and self-motivated professional who possesses an exceptional phone presence in both English and Spanish. You must be comfortable working within CRM systems, managing data integrity, and navigating a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to assigned lead lists, warm prospects, and existing client data.
- Pre-Qualification: Speak with prospective clients to verify eligibility and gather key information (e.g., verifying receipt of Medicare red, white, and blue cards, checking on application status, and confirming basic demographics).
- Calendar Management: Masterfully schedule qualified appointments directly into the shared GoHighLevel calendar ecosystem, ensuring precise broker allocation.
- Nurturing & Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence with prospects to increase appointment confirmation and attendance rates.
- Data Integrity: Upload, organize, and map incoming lead lists (Excel/CSV spreadsheets) accurately within GoHighLevel, correcting messy data fields when necessary.
- Workflow Management: Actively monitor, execute, and respond to triggers within existing CRM communication workflows and automation pipelines.
- Record Keeping: Ensure client profile records are kept detailed, organized, and up to date with exact appointment outcomes and milestone notes.
- Broker Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative agent support, stepping in to solve scheduling bottleneck issues for the broker team.
- Future SOP Adaptation: Assist in deploying and interacting with incoming internal AI-powered SOPs designed to automate foundational customer service responses.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 2–5 years of verifiable experience in appointment setting, inside sales support, call center outreach, or a highly active customer service role.
- Bilingual Fluency: Absolute fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a non-negotiable requirement to support Spanish-speaking client pipelines.
- Communication Skills: Confident, warm, and highly articulate phone manner capable of matching the agency’s close-knit family feel.
- Autonomy: Highly disciplined toolset to work independently and productively from a remote environment.
Nice to Have
