Project Coordination Track Record: 2–4+ years of experience coordinating workflows, production logistics, or creative operations in product development, merchandising, or manufacturing environments.
Wrike Proficiency: Hands-on experience building and managing project workflows, task dependencies, and dashboards in Wrike (or comparable enterprise tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
Communication & Vendor Management: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with confidence managing daily follow-ups across domestic teams and international suppliers.
Detail Orientation & Tracking: Exceptional organization, sample-tracking discipline, and spreadsheet proficiency.
Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to engage in occasional scheduled communications outside standard business hours to align with overseas supplier schedules.

Familiarity with physical consumer products (home décor, wall art, framing, or home furnishings).
Hands-on experience navigating Trendflow or similar product lifecycle management (PLM) / enterprise resource planning (ERP) databases.
Experience supporting both brick-and-mortar retail and luxury/online D2C product lines.
