AUTO CAD LATAM Drafter (MEP Experience)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST
Salary Range : 1500 - 2000 USD  (Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and assessment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings and plans based on specifications and sketches provided by engineers and architects.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to prepare accurate drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy, making revisions as necessary.
• Assist in preparing drawing packages for client presentations and approvals.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and design changes.

 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting for construction projects, particularly in MEP, structural, or solar fields.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and drafting standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
