About the Company: U.S.-based real estate brokerage and property management company.
About the Role: This is a full-time role designed to evolve as our portfolio expands. You’ll begin as an Admin-First Generalist, building a foundational understanding of our operations before specializing—most likely taking ownership of Tenant Placement and Tenant Experience. For high performers, there is a clear trajectory into a Management role, where you will help lead our expanding Mexico City team and oversee future support hires.
What You’ll Do
Property Management (~20 hours/week)
- Bilingual Resident & Applicant Support: Lead Spanish-first communication with rental applicants and current residents.
- Leasing & Intake Pipeline: Answer inquiries, pre-qualify applicants, schedule property showings, and guide candidates through the application process.
- Onboarding & Operations: Prepare leases, coordinate move-in/move-out logistics, and log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain clean property and lease records and deliver a weekly operational snapshot to leadership.
Real Estate Sales Support (~20 hours/week)
- Transaction Coordination: Manage deadline checklists, collect signatures, handle disclosures, coordinate with title companies, lenders, and inspectors, and maintain audit-ready compliance files.
- Listing & Lead Management: Assist with listing preparation and marketing support, engage new leads, and handle bilingual first-touch communications with Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers before routing hot leads to the broker.
Who You Are
- Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker with strong functional English (all internal communications, software interfaces, and interviews are conducted in English).
- Leadership Ambition: Highly organized, reliable, and driven to grow from an individual contributor into a team leadership position.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and adapting to industry software (we actively use Rentvine, Follow Up Boss, and related platforms).
- Relevant Experience: Prior background in real estate, property management, or transaction coordination is a strong plus.
