About the Role: 

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Real Estate Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence for our property management and

real estate portfolio. This role focuses on promoting available properties, strengthening

brand visibility, driving leads, and engaging with current and prospective residents.

The ideal candidate understands real estate marketing, knows how to make listings

stand out, and can turn properties into compelling content that attracts renters and

clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content for real estate and property management platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,etc.)
• Develop marketing strategies to promote available rental properties, communities, and company branding
• Write engaging captions, listing descriptions, and marketing copy tailored to renters and investors
• Create or coordinate photos, videos, reels, and short-form content (property tours, neighborhood highlights, before-and-after features, testimonials)
• Manage online marketing campaigns for leasing, brand awareness, and lead generation
• Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, leads, inquiries, and conversions
• Assist with paid social media advertising (Tiktok Ads, lead forms)
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up to date with real estate marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
• Collaborate with leasing, property management, and operations teams to align marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Required

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing and lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have

• Experience marketing multifamily or residential rental properties
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines in marketing
• Experience with paid advertising and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with CRM or property management software
• Photography or video walkthrough experience
