In this role, you will take complete ownership of our financial health, moving far beyond basic data entry to become a trusted steward of our accounts. Minimum 3–5 years of blended experience acting as both a bookkeeper and accountant, preferably supporting small-to-medium businesses (Required).
Expert Mastery of QuickBooks Online/Desktop: Must be completely comfortable navigating advanced reporting features, ledger setups, and built-in payroll modules (Required).
Strong Accounting Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of general ledger adjustments, double-entry accounting, and advanced financial reporting parameters (Required).
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex accounting data clearly in English and collaborate independently with U.S. executives without constant oversight (Required).
Immediate Availability: Strong preference for qualified candidates who are available to onboard and begin operations immediately (Required).
Credentials: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or active QuickBooks ProAdvisor / Certified Bookkeeper status (Preferred).
