Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to curated probate leads across Utah.

Build rapid rapport and lead empathetic, human-centric conversations with executors, administrators, and bereaved family members.

Qualify leads based on company parameters, property condition, and baseline seller motivation.

Successfully book and coordinate qualified property assessment appointments for the internal Acquisition Managers.

Execute consistent follow-up outreach campaigns through strategic phone calls and automated SMS messaging workflows.

Manage a structured outreach cadence across multiple contact points per lead to maximize conversion rates.

Systematically and accurately document all conversation notes, data points, and next steps within the company’s internal tracking systems.

Maintain a high activity level and strong responsiveness, collaborating closely with the acquisitions team to ensure hot leads are handed off immediately.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales environments. Prior experience in real estate investing, probate workflows, wholesaling, or distressed property sales is highly advantageous.

Pipeline Response: Maintaining consistent daily outbound call volumes and SMS follow-ups according to team benchmarks.
