Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to curated probate leads across Utah.

  • Build rapid rapport and lead empathetic, human-centric conversations with executors, administrators, and bereaved family members.

  • Qualify leads based on company parameters, property condition, and baseline seller motivation.

  • Successfully book and coordinate qualified property assessment appointments for the internal Acquisition Managers.

  • Execute consistent follow-up outreach campaigns through strategic phone calls and automated SMS messaging workflows.

  • Manage a structured outreach cadence across multiple contact points per lead to maximize conversion rates.

  • Systematically and accurately document all conversation notes, data points, and next steps within the company’s internal tracking systems.

  • Maintain a high activity level and strong responsiveness, collaborating closely with the acquisitions team to ensure hot leads are handed off immediately.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales environments. Prior experience in real estate investing, probate workflows, wholesaling, or distressed property sales is highly advantageous.

  • Communication Mastery: Superb verbal English communication skills with a neutral or highly U.S.-friendly accent and conversational cadence.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Highly comfortable navigating emotionally sensitive, delicate family situations with authentic compassion while still steering the conversation toward business objectives.

  • Resilience: High psychological resilience and the ability to handle frequent rejection with a positive, professional, and consistent energy level daily.

  • Operational Drive: Strong work ethic and self-motivation to hit high-volume daily outbound activity metrics in a remote, performance-driven environment.

  • Pipeline Response: Maintaining consistent daily outbound call volumes and SMS follow-ups according to team benchmarks.

  • Lead Qualification: Accurately identifying highly motivated property decision-makers and gathering detailed situational context.

  • Conversion Rate: Meeting or exceeding weekly targets for qualified appointments successfully booked on the Acquisition Managers' calendars.

  • Data Integrity: Keeping 100% accurate, up-to-date, and professional notes inside the company CRM.
