This role is focused on initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments that drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly persistent, and comfortable operating in a high-volume outreach environment.
The primary function of this role is to generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and book appointments for the internal team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients and partners
- →Qualify leads based on project needs, timeline, and fit
- →Set appointments for consultations with the internal team
- →Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who do not convert on first contact
- →Update and track lead activity within CRM systems
- →Handle objections and guide conversations toward booking outcomes
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments
- →Maintain strong call quality, professionalism, and consistency
Requirements

- Native-level English communication (clear, confident, no accent)
- Fluent Spanish (required for bilingual communication)
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling ability
- Comfortable with high call volumes and repetitive outreach
- Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
- Ability to work independently and hit activity targets
- Reliable remote work setup and internet connection
- Experience in real estate, construction, or home services industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Experience working with both English- and Spanish-speaking prospects
- Background in high-volume outbound sales environments
- Full-time, remote position
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~5:30/6:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
