We are seeking a high-energy Content Creator to become a key face and voice behind the company's digital content.
This is a hands-on content production role for someone who is confident on camera, communicates exceptionally well in English, and can turn topics around careers, job searching, resumes, interviews, and professional development into engaging content.
The Content Creator will dedicate approximately 3–4 hours each working day specifically to content creation, including preparation, recording, and production-related activities, while working a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.
The ideal candidate is energetic, charismatic, comfortable working from a teleprompter, and capable of delivering content naturally rather than sounding like they are simply reading a script.
Responsibilities

Serve as an on-camera presence for company content.

Record engaging video content related to job searching, career growth, resumes, interviews, and hiring.

Deliver scripted and semi-scripted content naturally and confidently.

Use a teleprompter effectively while maintaining eye contact, energy, and conversational delivery.

Record multiple pieces of content efficiently during dedicated production blocks.

Adapt tone and presentation style based on the topic, platform, and audience.

Maintain consistently high energy and enthusiasm on camera.

Develop a recognizable and credible on-camera presence for the brand.

Dedicate approximately 3–4 hours per day to content creation and production.

Prepare for recording sessions by reviewing scripts, topics, and talking points.

Collaborate on hooks, scripts, concepts, and content angles.

Turn career and job-search topics into concise, engaging pieces of content.

Record short-form and other digital video content as required.

Produce multiple variations when testing different hooks, messaging, or delivery styles.

Maintain an organized content pipeline to support consistent publishing.

Help ensure content is produced efficiently and on schedule.

Contribute new content ideas based on the company's audience and platform.

Identify engaging ways to communicate career advice and job-search strategies.

Translate complex or intimidating career topics into simple, approachable content.

Develop attention-grabbing hooks and opening lines.

Bring personality and creative energy to existing scripts and concepts.

Identify opportunities to repurpose individual topics into multiple pieces of content.

Stay current with social media trends and formats that could be adapted to career-focused content.

Develop a strong understanding of the challenges job seekers face throughout the hiring process.

Create content around resumes, interviews, job applications, career development, and related topics.

Requirements

Previous experience creating content for career, recruiting, HR technology, education, SaaS, or professional-development audiences.

Familiarity with resume writing, interviewing, recruiting, or job-search strategies.

Experience creating short-form social video.
-
Experience producing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and other factors influencing video performance.

Experience contributing to scripts and content concepts.

Basic video editing or production knowledge.

Experience working within a startup or fast-growing technology company.
-
High-energy communication and presentation style.
Ability to make scripted material sound conversational and authentic.
Comfortable recording content consistently throughout the week.
Strong verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
Ability to understand a target audience and tailor messaging accordingly.
Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly adjusting delivery or creative direction.
Reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining a consistent production schedule.
Availability to work full-time Monday–Friday.
