Creative Designer – Meta Ads & E-Commerce
Location: Remote (South Africa or LATAM)
Compensation:
- South Africa: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month
- LATAM (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico): $2,000 – $3,000 USD/month

Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours overlap (10 AM – 6 PM EST)
Our client is a boutique growth consultancy partnering with a select group of high-growth ecommerce brands generating between $2M–$20M in annual revenue. Our globally distributed team collaborates closely with direct-to-consumer brands to produce high-performing creative across paid media, email marketing, and ecommerce storefronts.
We operate in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment where strong creative output directly impacts growth, conversion, and revenue performance.
We are hiring a Creative Designer with strong experience supporting direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands through high-quality creative execution across Meta ads, email marketing, and ecommerce storefronts.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered around producing polished, performance-driven creative assets at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with an understanding of performance marketing creative and modern AI-assisted workflows.
You will work across multiple ecommerce brands simultaneously, collaborating closely with media buyers, account managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing creative quickly and consistently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design static and motion-based creatives for Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Create high-converting direct response ad creatives aligned with campaign goals
- Adapt creative styles across multiple ecommerce brands while maintaining brand consistency
- Produce high volumes of creative assets across multiple client accounts
- Execute creative variations and iterations efficiently based on performance feedback
- Maintain organized design workflows and asset management systems
- Edit short-form ad creatives, UGC-style videos, motion graphics, and promotional content
- Produce engaging video assets optimized for paid social performance
- Support rapid creative testing and iteration cycles
- Design email marketing assets and campaigns within Klaviyo
- Ensure responsive layouts, clean formatting, and visual consistency
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign launches and promotional calendars
- Assist with Shopify storefront design updates
- Create homepage banners, landing page assets, promotional graphics, and product visuals
- Support ecommerce merchandising initiatives through visual design execution
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, asset generation, editing, and production workflows
- Incorporate modern AI creative tools into daily execution processes to improve efficiency and output quality
- Manage design requests and project tickets within Notion or similar project management systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, copywriters, and account managers
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Proven experience designing Meta ads for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands
- Prior experience working within a DTC ecommerce agency environment strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social creative work
- Experience with:
- Static ad design
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Ecommerce creative production workflows
- Typography and visual composition
- Proficiency with:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Notion
- Slack
- Strong familiarity with AI creative tools including:
- ChatGPT

- Nano Banana or similar AI image/video generation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
