Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based merchandise and consumer products company operating across multiple brands, licenses, and direct-to-consumer channels.
As ecommerce and paid media continue becoming a larger part of the business, we are building a modern marketing and creative infrastructure focused on:

We are looking for a highly adaptable, execution-focused Ecommerce Creative Designer based in South Africa to help support this next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional brand designer role focused on isolated creative projects or long creative timelines.
This role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for a designer who enjoys producing high volumes of creative across multiple campaigns, brands, and formats while maintaining strong attention to detail and speed.
You will support:

A significant portion of this role involves creating, editing, and adapting creative assets that support customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ongoing performance marketing initiatives.

to help execute fast-moving marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and ecommerce channels.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design static and video assets for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Produce multiple creative variations and iterations quickly to support ongoing testing
- Adapt existing creative into multiple formats, sizes, and platform requirements
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing leadership to execute performance-focused creative needs
- Create promotional graphics, banners, landing page visuals, and conversion-focused assets
- Create static and video ad creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google campaigns
- Edit creator, customer, and UGC footage into ad-ready assets
- Produce multiple creative variations and hook concepts from existing source material
- Rapidly create and iterate new creative based on campaign performance data
- Build platform-specific creative adaptations for ongoing testing initiatives
- Create conversion-focused landing page assets and supporting campaign creative
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to improve testing velocity and creative performance
- Turn campaign insights into new creative assets quickly and efficiently
- Design visual assets for social media, organic campaigns, email marketing, and ecommerce launches
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across multiple brands
- Create conversion-focused PDP assets, comparison charts, collection page assets, landing page visuals, merchandising graphics, promotional assets, and product storytelling content designed to improve ecommerce conversion
- Assist with visual asset preparation for creator campaigns, photo shoots, and video shoots
- Maintain visual consistency across customer-facing channels
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining turnaround expectations
- Organize design files, templates, and creative assets in a scalable and accessible structure
- Accept and implement feedback quickly while adapting creative to campaign priorities and platform needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and growth teams
- Support a fast-moving, high-output campaign environment
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of professional design experience supporting ecommerce, marketing, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid media creative, ecommerce creative, video editing, and digital marketing assets
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience using Figma for digital design workflows
- Strong video editing capability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing platforms
- Experience designing for digital advertising and social media platforms
- Experience creating paid social creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience supporting Shopify or ecommerce storefronts
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create both static and video assets for performance marketing campaigns
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing organization and consistency
Nice to Have

- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, or similar creative tools
- Experience working with creator-generated content and UGC workflows
- Familiarity with Canva and collaborative design tools
- Experience supporting performance marketing teams through rapid creative iteration and testing
- Experience in apparel, merchandise, lifestyle, music, outdoor, or creator-led brands
