OperationsOperations Manager

Location: Remote (Latin America strongly preferred; Philippines or South Africa considered)

Department: Operations / Management

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible hours; requires 3–4 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time)

Estimated Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,500 USD/month ( commensurate with experience, location, and proven track record)

Lane-M Holdings Inc. operates two growing e-commerce brands generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue, with projections scaling to $2.5M+:

  1. Queegs: A viral impulse-buy consumer brand selling plant accessory products primarily across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  2. RV Kits Brand: High-ticket ($200+) specialized kit solutions for RV freshwater, sewer, and leveling systems, selling across Amazon, TikTok, and direct-to-consumer via Shopify.

Following a period of rapid growth and supply chain constraints, executive leadership is seeking a hands-on, strategic E-Commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of operational execution, supply chain logistics, and remote team management so leadership can focus on product development, brand strategy, and finance.

As the E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will serve as the central buffer and operational execution engine for the company. You will oversee daily channel management across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok, drive end-to-end supply chain and inventory logistics, resolve critical marketplace suppressions or listing holds, and optimize remote staff workflows.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in multi-channel e-commerce, understands Amazon’s backend ecosystem inside and out, and possesses the strategic mindset to establish performance KPIs and profit-aligned incentive models for virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Take full operational control of Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Shopify accounts.
  • Monitor channel health, proactively resolve catalog issues, account flags, listing suppressions, and compliance documentation requirements (e.g., SDS submissions, product certifications).
  • Manage listing setups, inventory allocations, and promotional mechanics tailored to each brand’s business model (low-ticket impulse vs. high-ticket DTC).
  • Maintain real-time inventory tracking to prevent stockouts, re-ranking penalties, and lost ad spend across all sales channels.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and 3PL partners to track international shipments (e.g., China to US) and streamline customs/port clearance.
  • Implement robust inventory replenishment models based on seasonality (peak season: February through September).
  • Manage, structure, and delegate daily tasks to a existing team of offshore Virtual Assistants (VAs).
  • Build operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement profit/contribution margin-driven incentive models to align team performance with business health.
  • Organize and track workflows using Asana and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.

Requirements

  • E-Commerce Experience: 3+ years in a senior operational role managing multi-channel e-commerce brands, with proven, advanced expertise in Amazon Seller Central.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong experience navigating Amazon support, resolving listing suppressions, SDS filings, and shipping hold disputes independently.
  • Language & Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency (fluent/C1-C2 level) for fast-paced communication via text and video.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 40+ WPM typing speed for fast digital navigation and live call collaboration.
