→Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes to support ERP implementations and upgrades.
→Lead ERP projects for the organization from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation support.
→Configure and customize the ERP system to fit the business's requirements and needs.
→Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly, and solve any problems that arise quickly and effectively.
→Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the ERP system is in line with IT policies and procedures.
→Develop training and support materials for end-users for ongoing support and maintenance of the system.
→Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions to resolve technical issues.

Requirements
