Core Mobile Stack: 3–5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with deep, hands-on mastery of React Native, Node.js, and Firebase backend integrations.
Monetization & Analytics: Proven familiarity with implementing mobile app subscriptions, paywall A/B testing (Superwall preferred), and behavioral product analytics (PostHog preferred).
Architectural Cleanliness: Strong understanding of scalable app architecture, modular codebase patterns, and robust environment configuration management.
Design Literacy: Practical experience navigating Figma files to extract layout values, assets, and user workflows.
Autonomous Execution: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to independently manage engineering priorities, document technical architecture, and execute without constant hand-holding.

Prior experience launching and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications on the App Store and Google Play Store.
"Vibe Coding" Fluency: High familiarity with leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to radically accelerate engineering loops and output speed.
Experience operating successfully inside lean, fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
