About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Production Assistant to support the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets across a fast-paced Events practice.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys both the creative and production sides of design, someone who takes pride in clean execution, strong organization, and delivering polished assets on time. You’ll work closely with senior designers and creative leadership, contributing to large-scale, high-visibility events while building confidence within established brand systems.
If you’re proactive, technically strong, and excited to grow within a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, this role offers hands-on exposure and meaningful ownership from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities
~1 min readAsset Production & Final Execution (30%)
- →Design and produce visual assets for events and marketing initiatives, including social ads, email campaigns, sales materials, multimedia content, landing pages, and integrated event campaigns.
- →Ensure layout accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Production Coordination & Asset Setup (30%)
- →Support the full production lifecycle by organizing files, managing versions, preparing final assets, and ensuring everything is production-ready.
- →Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, fabricators, shippers, freelancers) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Creative Collaboration & Iteration (25%)
- →Work closely with senior designers and creative leadership to interpret creative direction and incorporate feedback.
- →Contribute to refining concepts and improving executions while working within established brand systems.
Digital Platforms & Campaign Support (15%)
- →Design, update, and maintain assets on digital platforms such as WordPress and Cvent.
- →Design and format HTML emails in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
- 3–4+ years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma.
- A portfolio of original work to share during the interview process.
- Solid understanding of marketing, production, web design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design.
- Experience with HTML and WordPress.
- Experience designing email campaigns using platforms like Cvent, Pardot, Mailchimp, Stripo, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proactive, coachable, and resourceful, someone with a true “get things done” mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
