About the Role

Nurture and convert warm inbound leads generated through marketing funnels and data-driven audits.

Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and ROI-based sales presentations to close new business.

Own and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting digital product sellers and SMBs.

Test and refine outreach messaging, email cadences, and campaign sequences to drive pipeline growth.

Manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach and qualification to demos, proposals, follow-ups, and handoff to onboarding.

Track key metrics such as win rates, pipeline velocity, and conversion performance.

Leverage data insights to build compelling business cases and clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI).

Translate complex product capabilities into actionable, results-oriented value propositions.

Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes.

Share customer feedback and insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions.

Identify opportunities to enhance outbound performance, improve lead-to-close rates, and shorten sales cycles.

Contribute to ongoing sales playbook development as part of a scaling, startup-style team.

2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.

Proven record of exceeding targets across inbound and outbound channels.

Confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals.

Skilled at conducting product demos and communicating ROI effectively.

Technically curious with a strong grasp of analytics, data tools, or dashboards (no coding required).

Comfortable using data to construct compelling sales narratives and ROI projections.

Adept at simplifying technical tools for non-technical buyers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborative and comfortable representing the voice of the customer across internal teams.
