We are seeking a Head of Growth & Revenue Operations (RevOps) to take full ownership of customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-accountability role where marketing meets sales mathematics. You are not just a strategist—you are the lead architect, data tracker, and hands-on operator responsible for scaling both high-ticket and low-ticket funnels, building automated email infrastructure, and systematically expanding from warm audiences into profitable cold acquisition.

This role allows leadership to focus on content creation and delivering world-class webinars while you own the systems, execution, and optimization required to turn that content into measurable and predictable revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and optimize the entire digital acquisition ecosystem.
  • Transition the business from relying primarily on internal audiences to building scalable cold traffic channels (Meta, Google, and other platforms).
  • Build, test, and optimize both low-ticket and high-ticket marketing funnels.
  • Manage landing pages, opt-in flows, checkout experiences, and tracking systems.
  • Develop accurate tracking systems across the customer journey.
  • Measure and optimize key performance metrics including webinar registration rates, attendance rates, funnel drop-off points, and conversion rates.
  • Own email marketing strategy for both existing audiences and cold lead nurture campaigns.
  • Write, build, and deploy automated sequences, broadcasts, and segmented campaigns that increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and drive cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute structured paid media testing with a strong focus on profitability.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve predictable and scalable return on advertising investment.
  • Continuously test messaging, offers, hooks, and creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers by requesting new creative assets based on campaign performance and data insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience scaling digital information products, online education, software, or similar businesses through high-ticket and low-ticket funnels.
  • Strong hybrid skill set with the ability to develop growth strategy while also executing technical marketing tasks, including CRM setup, email marketing, funnel implementation, and paid advertising.
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing attribution, and key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER.
  • Experience working in lean, remote teams with the ability to operate independently, solve problems proactively, and collaborate across functions.
  • A revenue-focused mindset with a strong understanding of how marketing activities directly impact business growth and profitability.
