We are seeking a proactive, driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to support our continued growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and expanding our network of housing providers. You will play a key role in connecting with landlords, property owners, and partners, helping to grow housing supply while driving revenue and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

- →Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, text, and other channels
- →Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and stakeholders
- →Convert outbound outreach into active business opportunities and partnerships
- →Source temporary housing options through platforms, networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- →Qualify opportunities by gathering key details (availability, pricing, terms, suitability)
- →Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords
- →Maintain consistent follow-up to progress opportunities and strengthen relationships
- →Accurately track activities and pipeline within CRM systems
- →Take ownership of targets and consistently deliver against business development goals
Nice to Have

- Background in temporary housing, relocation, real estate, or a related industry is advantageous
- Proven experience with high-volume outreach, lead generation, and prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable negotiating with landlords, property owners, or business partners
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
