Inbound Logistics Coordinator - 19873

Our client, a fast-growing online golf apparel company, is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the flow of incoming goods and inventory into their supply chain.

This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and coordination across inbound shipments, vendors, and internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in logistics systems and reporting tools.

The primary function of this role is to oversee inbound logistics operations, ensuring all incoming shipments are tracked, reconciled, and accurately reflected across internal systems and reporting dashboards.

• Coordinate and track all inbound shipments from suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure timely updates on shipment status, delays, and discrepancies
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners as needed

• Reconcile inbound shipments against purchase orders and system records
• Ensure accurate data entry and tracking within ERP systems
• Support inventory visibility from arrival through warehouse intake

• Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers regarding shipping schedules
• Resolve issues related to missing, delayed, or incorrect shipments
• Maintain documentation for all inbound logistics activities

• Build and maintain reports using Power BI for inbound performance tracking
• Analyze shipment trends, delays, and bottlenecks
• Provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or inbound operations
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Experience with Flexport or similar freight/logistics platforms
• Background in e-commerce, apparel, or consumer goods logistics
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse coordination workflows

• Fully remote position
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
