About the Role

  • Work a high volume of warm, mostly paid inbound and outbound leads by phone
  • Quickly engage new inbound leads (speed-to-lead) and re-engage aged leads and prior no-shows through database reactivation
  • Qualify leads for homeownership, decision-maker, budget, and timeline before booking
  • Book qualified in-home appointments and set them up to hold
  • Run confirmation and reminder cadences (call, text, email) to minimize cancellations and no-shows
  • Follow up persistently on unsold, undecided, and rehash leads
  • Hit daily and weekly activity and outcome targets (dials, talk time, contact rate, set rate, sit/issue rate)
  • Track and report on personal metrics; adjust approach to keep conversion high
  • Contribute to call scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences
  • Mentor and support a junior appointment-setter; model best-practice call handling
  • Keep the CRM clean and current with accurate dispositions, notes, and next steps
  • Coordinate with the field/sales team on scheduling and routing
  • Handle light admin and follow-up tasks to keep the pipeline moving

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales, appointment-setting, or high-volume phone sales experience with a U.S. customer base
  • Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand spoken English (our customers skew older and respond best to an easy-on-the-ears accent)
  • Track record of hitting conversion and booking targets in a metrics-driven role
  • Comfortable with CRMs, dialers/VoIP, and a standard remote setup (headset, reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace)
  • Full Eastern Time overlap and comfort in a fast-paced, quota-based environment
  • Coachable, resilient, and organized about follow-up
  • AI-literate (comfortable using tools like ChatGPT/Claude in daily workflow)
  • Experience mentoring or leading other reps/setters
  • GoHighLevel CRM experience
  • Home services, remodeling, or big-ticket in-home sales background
  • Experience with power/auto dialers and text/email follow-up automation

You are a confident, resilient closer of appointments who treats every lead like it costs money — because it does. You're warm on the phone, hard to shake on objections, and organized about follow-up. You want to grow into leading a team and are motivated by performance-based upside.
