About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is not a role for someone who needs extensive training or step-by-step direction. We are looking for a mid-to-senior level professional who can hit the ground running, independently analyze campaign performance, identify problems, test solutions, and make informed recommendations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of the advertising function and guiding the business on what is working, what isn't, and what should happen next.
What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on a daily basis.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze advertising data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming campaigns.
- Test different ads, headlines, audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and campaign structures.
- Identify what is and isn't working and explain why.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and recommend which should be scaled, adjusted, paused, or replaced.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve lead generation and advertising efficiency.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to the business.
- Take ownership of paid-media strategy rather than simply executing instructions.
