Responsibilities

Experience scaling large budgets without small-budget discipline will not be sufficient.
Funnels & Pages
• Build landing pages, surveys, and lead forms
• Optimize for conversions
Automation & Workflows
• Design lead nurture sequences
• Configure triggers, conditions, and tagging logic
• Bridge lead generation to appointment booking
Pipeline Management
• Build custom pipeline stages
• Implement lead scoring
• Establish attribution tracking
Integrations
• API / Zapier connections
• CRM & external tool syncing
Snapshots
• Build and deploy scalable GHL environments
• Collaborate on ad hooks and messaging angles
• A/B test creatives and copy
• Iterate landing page messaging
• Coordinate with design and video resources as needed
(Basic Canva or editing skills are helpful but not required.)
Requirements

• Documented success managing $10k+ monthly ad spend
• Proven success working with small daily budgets ($50–$100/day)
• Strong direct-response / lead-generation background

• Basic video editing (resizing, overlays)
• Experience with SMB / local lead generation
• Agency experience
