About the Role
Are you a highly technical, detail-oriented paid social media expert who also possesses a keen creative eye? We are seeking a Meta Ad & Fulfillment Specialist to be the operational backbone of our digital advertising service, specifically for our real estate clients.
This role is not traditional creative development; instead, you will operate at the meta-level—translating high-level client context and needs into highly effective, technical Meta ad campaigns using templated assets. You will be directly responsible for the successful execution, optimization, and ROI of advertising lead generation campaigns that drive tangible results for our clients.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
Campaign Fulfillment & Execution
- Own the Technical Setup: Expertly manage and navigate the Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager to build, launch, and troubleshoot high-volume lead generation campaigns for hundreds of client accounts.
- Operational Workflow: Utilize our internal CRM/work order system to manage the intake of new clients and creative specifications, ensuring a seamless handoff from the Onboarding and Partnership teams.
- Creative Execution: Efficiently create final ad creative by selecting AI-generated copy and images and fitting them into established Canva templates. This requires a strong ability to adhere to templates while occasionally exercising judgment to deviate based on specific client context.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, Conversion Rates, CPA), providing quick, effective troubleshooting and optimization to ensure successful lead generation.
Contextual Strategy & Optimization
- Contextual Intelligence: Leverage client design materials, geographic context, and open-source information (e.g., Google Search/AI) to understand local real estate markets (e.g., house styles in Phoenix vs. Wisconsin) and ensure ad creative and targeting are hyper-relevant.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Act as the internal expert for diagnosing and resolving complex ad account issues, connection errors, and policy violations within the Meta ecosystem.
- Template Adaptation: Use client-provided context clues to make strategic, creative adjustments to templated assets when standard options do not fully meet the client's needs or market specifications.
Operational Excellence
- Prioritize a high volume of work orders, ensuring timely campaign launches and updates across a large client base.
- Be comfortable with the possibility of working more than 40 hours per week during peak business periods to meet client demand and campaign deadlines.
- Maintain a technical and operational focus, quickly adapting to new, custom internal systems (our CRM).
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Advanced, hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing Lead Generation campaigns with a focus on conversions and ROI.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to ad accounts, connections, and platform errors.
- Proficiency in using a design tool like Canva for template-based ad production (not original design).
- Demonstrated ability to use context clues, external research, and critical thinking to inform tactical execution.
- Previous experience in or knowledge of the real estate industry is a significant plus.
- Excellent organizational and operational skills to manage a high volume of accounts.
- Meta Certification is a plus.
