About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly technical and performance-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to manage campaign execution, optimization, and strategic growth across multiple Amazon brand accounts.
This role will work directly inside Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and supporting PPC tools, owning campaign optimization and ensuring strong advertising performance across a portfolio of client accounts.
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing larger Amazon accounts with a minimum of $100,000+ in combined monthly ad spend and understands how to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong profitability and performance.
This is an execution-heavy role, but communication is equally important. The right person must be able to clearly explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and provide leadership with confidence in both strategy and decision-making.
We are looking for someone who understands Amazon advertising at a high level—not just basic PPC management, but deeper account economics, SKU profitability, and platform insights that drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple client accounts
- →Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- →Conduct keyword research, bid strategy, budget allocation, and campaign restructuring
- →Monitor TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall account profitability
- →Analyze SKU economics and make optimization decisions based on profitability and account growth
- →Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Search Query Performance (SQP), and Product Opportunity Explorer for deeper account insights
- →Identify opportunities for account expansion, product growth, and advertising efficiency
- →Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Strategists on account direction and growth initiatives
- →Provide reporting, strategic recommendations, and clear written updates on campaign performance
- →Troubleshoot performance issues and proactively recommend improvements
- →Support account scaling across varying spend levels and client priorities
- →Maintain strong campaign hygiene and optimization across multiple high-spend accounts
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of Amazon PPC management experience
- Strong hands-on expertise within Amazon Ads and Seller Central
- Experience managing larger Amazon accounts with a minimum of $100,000+ in combined monthly ad spend
- Previous agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Amazon account profitability, SKU economics, and scaling strategy
- Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
- Strong working knowledge of Search Query Performance (SQP)
- Experience using Product Opportunity Explorer for strategic growth decisions
- Strong analytical and technical skillset
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization strategy, and account scaling
