About the Role

As our Production Coordinator, you will be the essential liaison ensuring that high-quality video and photo assets are created efficiently, on time, and to brand standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple productions and coordinating communication between our internal teams and external production partners.

Your mission: orchestrate the planning, coordination, and communication that keep productions running smoothly — ensuring every deliverable looks premium and performs for top e-commerce brands.


Responsibilities

  • External Coordination: Serve as the primary contact between in-house teams and external production agencies, partners, and studios.

  • Timeline Management: Manage deadlines, brand relationships, and execution timelines to ensure all creative assets are delivered on schedule.

  • Production Planning: Translate creative briefs into detailed shot lists, production plans, and debriefs that ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external production partners.

  • Scalability Support: Develop and refine repeatable systems that make creative production more efficient and scalable.

  • Asset Management: Coordinate video and photo production from pre-production through final delivery.

  • Creative Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet premium creative and brand quality standards.

  • Process Refinement: Help define scalable workflows for planning, executing, and distributing assets for ad deployment.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the centralized communication point to ensure all teams are aligned on production schedules, expectations, and delivery timelines.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign results across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, using data to inform future creative planning.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, and the Growth Director to align content execution with client performance goals.


  • All production assets are delivered on time and on brief.

  • Communication between internal and external teams is streamlined and effective.

  • Agency relationships with studios and production partners are strengthened and efficient.

  • Scalable production processes are established, reducing friction and improving speed.


  • Experience: Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with external studios and vendors.

  • Detail Management: Strong organizational and time management abilities with proficiency in project management tools.

  • Creative Context: Understanding of video and photo production workflows, including building shot lists and production briefs.

  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with creative best practices for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus.

  • Agency Background: Prior experience in an agency environment is strongly preferred.
