Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Designer whose primary focus is building high-performing Meta
ads for a leading CPG wellness and supplements brand. This role is primarily ecomm-focused
(approximately 75% paid social and DTC asset production) with the remaining scope supporting
brand and ad sales needs including editorial assets, branded partnership pages, and on-site
creative.

This role blends paid social execution, smart systems thinking, and speed, with strong visual
taste and a performance mindset: turning ideas, insights, and raw assets into scroll-stopping
creative that converts.

What You'll Do
● Design and produce Meta-first ad creative (static + light motion) for paid social
● Rapidly iterate ads using performance insights (hooks, crops, CTAs, formats)
● Produce product and lifestyle visuals optimized for PDPs, paid social, and email
● Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, variation, and creative testing
● Build and maintain Canva and Figma templates and design systems for scalable output
● QA and prep assets for launch across paid, site, and email channels
● Support editorial design needs including article visuals and newsletter assets
● Assist with branded partnerships including interactive and custom-designed webpages

What We're Looking For
● 3+ years of experience in production or performance design, DTC or CPG preferred
● Experience working in a high-volume ecomm environment with fast-paced creative output
● Strong expertise in Meta ad design best practices
● Advanced Figma skills and Adobe Suite experience required
● Comfort using AI tools for design, iteration, and efficiency
● Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and adapt across formats
● Strong visual judgment with a conversion-first mindset
