Senior Production Manager – Marketing Department
Location: Remote (Offshore - LATAM or South Africa, with CST Overlap) Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
We are a rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in a niche vertical, including luxury technology, lighting design, and digital brand development. We are a digital marketing-focused agency that handles social media, email marketing, SEO, website design, and print marketing to drive brand strategy for our clientele. As our department expands, we are building out a full, scalable marketing department based on a pod model. We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the coordination and execution of complex marketing productions with precision and efficiency.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Senior Production Manager is a pivotal role, essentially functioning as our Marketing Project Manager. You will be essential in managing the entire production process for external client projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and teams are effectively coordinated to deliver high-quality creative outputs on schedule. Your focus will be on staying on task, maintaining quality control, and ensuring all production elements are moving smoothly, without directly engaging in the content production itself. This includes ensuring clients are happy and consistently receiving what they want.
This role involves a strong desire to lead, motivate, teach, and problem-solve, driving the team to consistently deliver excellent work. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple production "pods," each responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 10 client accounts. These pods, comprised of specialists like video editors, graphic designers, and content editors, will work closely with our Account Managers who directly assist the clients. As the department expands, this position offers significant opportunities for advancement into strategic senior roles with increased compensation, reflecting the scalability we are building.
