Project Manager – US Commercial Construction Projects - 19415

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing US commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full construction project lifecycle, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently coordinate between clients, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates with experience working for US-based construction companies or managing US commercial construction projects remotely are strongly preferred.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in South Africa, Philippines, and LATAM regions.

  Work closely with contractors, suppliers, field teams, and clients

  Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and deliverables

  Maintain accurate project records and reporting

  Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations and construction timelines

  Assist with issue resolution and proactive project coordination

1. Minimum 3+ years of direct experience managing US commercial construction projects

2. Experience working in at least 2 different US construction businesses

3. Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, including:

   • Submittals

   • RFIs

   • Change Orders

   • Delivery Coordination

   • Punch Lists

   • Closeout Procedures

4. Experience using construction project management software such as:

   • Procore

   • Bluebeam

   • Similar construction management platforms

5. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects

• Experience from construction trades or specialty subcontracting businesses that sell and manage projects directly

• General contracting or installation experience will also be considered

• Prior experience working remotely with US-based teams

• Familiarity with US commercial construction standards and workflows

• Ability to work within US business hours when required
