Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and persuasive Sales & Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls in a specialized legal field—judgment enforcement. As the first point of contact for prospects who have received our direct mail, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, instilling trust, and persuading them to choose us to help enforce their judgments. Once a case is confirmed, you will manage and track the details of the case in our Excel tracker and coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely case distribution to our clients.

This position requires a combination of sales skills and client relationship management, with a focus on converting leads into cases that we can then pass along to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Inbound Client Calls:
    • Sales Focused: Answer incoming calls from prospects who have received our direct mail and engage them with the goal of converting their interest into active cases.
    • Instill trust and address client skepticism about our legal services through clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
    • Answer common client questions, provide information about the judgment enforcement process, and highlight the benefits of working with us.
    • Record client details accurately in the Excel tracker for case management.
  2. Outbound Sales Calls:
    • Make outgoing calls to individuals with judgments, thanking them for signing up, and encouraging them to add more judgments to their cases.
    • Engage clients and ensure that they understand the full scope of services we offer, converting them into cases ready for distribution.
    • Make cold calls to assist clients with outstanding judgments and help them realize the value of adding their judgments to our cases.
  3. Data Management and Case Tracking:
    • Log detailed case information into an Excel tracker, including lead details, case status, and other key data.
    • Clean up and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring no potential cases fall through the cracks.
    • Follow up with clients who have shown interest, but haven’t yet moved forward, to maintain engagement and ensure conversion.
    • Coordinate with Julian and the team to distribute cases efficiently.
  4. Case Distribution:
    • Help prioritize incoming cases based on urgency and volume, ensuring that cases are directed to the right clients in a timely manner.
    • Communicate any necessary updates or changes with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution and case management.
  5. Client Relationship Building:
    • Develop rapport and establish trust with clients from initial contact to case distribution.
    • Be the face of the company in terms of client interaction, ensuring they feel supported and confident in our services.
  6. Follow-Up and Pipeline Management:
    • Actively follow up with prospects and clients who have shown interest, making sure that no lead or case goes unattended.
    • Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking all interactions and making sure leads are nurtured toward conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong English Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients, answer questions, and provide clear explanations in English, especially in a legal context.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. The ability to persuade and close leads is crucial.
  • Excel Proficiency: Comfortable managing client information, tracking leads, and updating case statuses in spreadsheets.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in logging case details, managing lead information, and tracking sales activity.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Comfort with Phone Sales: Experience with both inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold calling and follow-up calls.

Desirable Experience:
  • Previous Sales or Client Coordination Experience: Experience in handling client inquiries, especially in a legal, financial, or collections setting, would be a plus.
  • Legal Terminology Familiarity: Comfortable with or willing to learn basic legal terms related to judgment enforcement.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Experience with converting inquiries into active leads or cases.
  • Pipeline Management: Previous experience with sales pipelines, tracking leads, and closing deals is highly beneficial.
