We help property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and commercial, retail, and industrial clients protect and improve their properties through services including parking lot striping, sealcoating, asphalt and concrete repair, warehouse floor markings, and epoxy coatings.

About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a proactive Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator who can help us grow our commercial pipeline while also supporting the customer experience and day-to-day marketing activities of the business.
This is more than an appointment-setting role.
You will help identify and research potential customers, build prospect lists, conduct outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule estimates for the sales team. At the same time, you will help maintain strong relationships with customers after projects are completed, organize project marketing assets, support online marketing efforts, and assist with occasional operational research.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between sales prospecting, customer communication, marketing coordination, and light administrative support throughout the day.
Success in this role means consistently creating qualified sales opportunities while helping the business stay organized, visible, and responsive to its customers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, online research, and company-provided databases.
- Identify property managers, facility managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects based on property needs, timing, scope, and potential fit.
- Reactivate dormant leads and follow up on previous quotes or opportunities that did not close.
- Schedule qualified estimate appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Provide the General Manager and sales team with clear notes and prospect context before meetings.
- Confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to minimize no-shows.
- Keep prospects engaged throughout the early stages of the sales process.
- Help maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
- Log prospecting activity, conversations, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain organized follow-up cadences for active prospects.
- Keep prospect and customer information current and accurate.
- Help ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks due to missed follow-up.
- Follow up with customers after completed projects to ensure satisfaction.
- Request Google reviews, testimonials, and customer feedback.
- Communicate professionally with customers and help maintain a positive post-project experience.
- Escalate customer concerns or opportunities to the appropriate team member.
- Organize and maintain before-and-after photos from completed projects.
- Help create and publish simple marketing posts using project photos and company updates.
- Support content for channels such as:
- Google Business Profile
- Other company social or digital channels
- Help maintain an organized library of project photos and marketing assets.
- Identify completed projects that could be turned into testimonials, case studies, or promotional content.
- Occasionally research and source pricing for materials or vendors when requested.
- Assist the General Manager with basic commercial research and administrative tasks related to sales or project opportunities.
- Support other reasonable business-development or customer-experience initiatives as the company grows.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, appointment setting, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience conducting outbound outreach to U.S. businesses through phone, email, and/or LinkedIn.
- Strong spoken and written English with confident, professional communication.
- Comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and initiating conversations with decision-makers.
- Experience researching companies and identifying potential prospects or decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up.
- Experience using a CRM to track contacts, conversations, opportunities, and next steps.
- Comfortable handling a varied workload that may include sales, customer follow-up, marketing coordination, and administrative support.
- Reliable availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Quiet professional home-office setup and stable high-speed internet.
- Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar tools.
- Experience in construction, commercial services, facilities management, property management, real estate, home services, or field-service businesses.
- Experience creating simple LinkedIn or Google Business posts.
- Experience requesting customer reviews and managing post-sale customer communication.
- Familiarity with organizing project photos, testimonials, or basic marketing assets.
- Experience booking estimates, site visits, or consultations for a service-based company.
