This is a high-impact, full-funnel sales role for a pioneering technology firm that simulates manufacturing in space. We help large-scale enterprises—specifically in sectors like high-end manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and advanced materials—bring their "off-earth" innovations back to reality.

By simulating zero-gravity conditions, our software allows companies to design and test new compounds and drugs without the high cost and trial-and-error of physical space flights. As an early member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building the sales motion from the ground up, moving from initial outbound testing to final closing.

We are looking for a proactive, strategic Sales Executive with a deep curiosity for "Deep Tech" and scientific applications. You will own the entire sales cycle, acting as the primary driver for top-of-funnel lead generation while also managing the deal through to a successful close.

This role requires a blend of creative outreach, technical literacy, and disciplined pipeline management. You aren't just selling software; you are selling the future of manufacturing to stakeholders at some of the largest companies in the world (e.g., Mitsubishi-scale manufacturing and Global Pharma).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, source, and engage prospective clients within complex enterprise sectors.
  • Outbound Testing: Experiment with various outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, niche forums) to identify and optimize the most effective conversion paths.
  • Scientific Literacy: Translate high-level technical concepts—like microgravity simulation and molecular compound design—into tangible business ROI for non-technical enterprise stakeholders.
  • Closing: Lead discovery calls, present technical value propositions, and manage the entire negotiation and closing process.
  • Asset Creation: Utilize existing templates and brochures to create bespoke sales materials and decks. You are expected to build new sales motions as the market evolves.
  • Thought Leadership: Host or participate in webinars and LinkedIn Live events to drive thought leadership and inbound interest (a strong "nice-to-have").
  • HubSpot Mastery: Maintain high data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring all interactions, lead stages, and forecasts are accurately tracked.
  • Feedback Loop: Work hand-in-hand with leadership to iterate on product positioning based on real-world feedback from the front lines.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Sales Background: Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within SaaS, Deep Tech, Aerospace, or High-End Manufacturing.
  • Scientific Aptitude: Previous experience selling in space-tech, biotech, or scientific software environments is highly preferred.
  • HubSpot Expert: Deep proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline and lead management.
  • The Builder Mindset: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments and enjoy the ambiguity of creating processes where none exist.
  • Exceptional Communication: Native or near-native English (C1+) with the ability to draft sophisticated, persuasive outreach to C-suite executives.
  • Self-Sufficient: You are comfortable creating your own sales decks and outreach materials to move a prospect through the funnel.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Disciplined enough to maintain full alignment with US/European business hours from an offshore location.
