About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee both revenue generation and day-to-day operational execution.
This role sits at the center of the business—responsible for converting inbound leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly.
You will play a critical role in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing sales, customer experience, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Respond to inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Convert inquiries into booked cleaning services
- Follow up on quotes and nurture potential customers
- Upsell recurring services and additional offerings
- Track and manage the sales pipeline
- Schedule cleaning appointments efficiently
- Assign jobs to cleaning teams based on availability and location
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
- Handle complaints, feedback, and service issues
- Drive repeat business and long-term retention
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to standard
- Monitor team performance and service quality
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Communicate with cleaning teams regarding schedules and updates
- Support hiring efforts and onboarding of new cleaners
- Maintain a reliable and high-performing workforce
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to manage operations
- Track KPIs such as bookings, conversion rates, and retention
- Generate reports and provide insights to leadership
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, operations, or a hybrid role
- Experience in service-based businesses (home services preferred)
- Proven ability to convert leads and manage customer relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or logistics coordination
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Results-driven and sales-oriented mindset
