Sales Support & Technical Drafter (Closets)

We are seeking a Sales Support & Technical Drafter (Closets) to join our U.S.-based sales team. This is one unified position that combines technical drafting, sales support, and client-facing communication into a single role. The role exists to help recover deals that were not initially closed by redesigning closet proposals and professionally re-engaging clients with improved solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, well spoken, and comfortable managing the entire process from redesign to client follow-up.

  Own the entire sales support function for opportunities that were not initially closed

• →

  Review, redesign, and optimize existing closet design proposals to improve pricing, layout, or functionality

• →

  Use design and drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) to accurately rework technical drawings

  Follow up with clients by phone to:

    Gather feedback on original proposals

    Explain redesigned solutions clearly and confidently

  • →

    Support objection handling and move opportunities toward close

  Serve as a client-facing representative, ensuring conversations feel professional, knowledgeable, and credible

  Collaborate closely with internal sales and design teams to align revisions and next steps
