Salesforce Business Analyst - 17016

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, the architect, and admins to ensure solutions meet business objectives. You’ll also take ownership of small projects from initial scoping through final delivery. If you enjoy problem-solving, organizing complex information, and serving as the bridge between business and technical teams, this role is for you.

• →Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals, challenges, and workflows.
   
• →Translate insights into clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
   
• →Create and maintain process maps that bring clarity to how the business operates.
   
• →Partner with the architect and admins to support the creation of scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
   
• →Manage small projects from discovery through delivery, keeping teams aligned and informed.
   
• →Facilitate testing, collect feedback, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
   
• →Coordinate timelines, tasks, and communications across teams to keep initiatives moving smoothly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication—you know how to ask the right questions and capture what matters.
   
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements with clarity and structure.
   
• Experience balancing input from both business stakeholders and technical teams.
   
• Reliable organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
   

• Foundational understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data structure, and terminology.
   
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce-aligned concepts and recommendations.
   
• Familiarity with Agile practices, user stories, and backlog management.
   

• Naturally detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities—you enjoy figuring out how things work and how they could work better.
   
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
   

• Must work US East Coast business hours.
   
• Remote-friendly, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating virtually.

• Experience using process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
   
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification (or progress toward one).
