SDR & Lead Management Specialist
Location: South Africa
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT) (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 + commission. Competitive monthly salary scaled directly to your experience level.

We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential properties across multiple high-volume American markets. Driven by data and excellent customer service, we pride ourselves on creating win-win solutions for homeowners. We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member based in South Africa to help us scale our acquisitions pipeline.
Role Summary
As the Sales Development Representative & Lead Management Specialist, you will serve as a critical engine for our growth. This full-time remote position is a dynamic, high-agency role that perfectly combines analytical market research with frontline phone communication.
On one side, you will dive into U.S. property databases to run comparative market analyses and source profitable deals. On the other side, you will be the comforting, highly professional voice that answers the phone when property owners call our company to sell their homes. Your primary mission is to identify viable investments and convert inbound curiosity into qualified appointments for our U.S. acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Market Deal Sourcing
- Property Scouting: Systematically search for residential properties listed for sale across targeted U.S. real estate markets.
- Criteria Filtering: Identify and isolate potential investment opportunities that match strict company buying criteria.
- Property Evaluation: Review property listings, structural photos, historical pricing trends, and neighborhood market data.
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): Analyze comparable sales ("comps") and neighborhood datasets to evaluate deal viability.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously update acquisition tracking spreadsheets, input values, and maintain clean records within our CRM systems.
- Deal Presentation: Package and present qualified, high-margin opportunities directly to the senior acquisitions team.
- Inbound Lead Management
- Live Call Answering: Promptly answer inbound phone calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties.
- Discovery & Data Gathering: Build fast, authentic rapport with prospective sellers while gathering essential property condition details and seller motivation variables.
- CRM Logging: Accurately document all communication details, timeline expectations, and seller data live into the company CRM.
- Appointment Setting: Intelligently schedule strategic follow-up calls and evaluation appointments for our U.S.-based Acquisitions Managers.
- Omnichannel Support: Respond professionally and rapidly to all property inquiries via phone, SMS text messages, and email.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- Language Mastery: Flawless written and spoken English, paired with excellent phone communication skills and a naturally warm, professional demeanor.
- Administrative Rigor: Sharp, uncompromising attention to detail and strong day-to-day organizational habits.
- Tech Literacy: High comfort level working inside database spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets), digital CRM platforms, and online research tools.
- Operational Setup: A highly reliable, uninterrupted high-speed internet connection and a strictly quiet, professional remote workspace.
- Autonomous Execution: Proactive ability to work entirely independently, self-manage workflows, and meet tight daily deadlines.
Preferred Profiles (Nice to Haves):
- Prior real estate experience (e.g., wholesaling, bird-dogging, transaction coordination, or property management).
- Hands-on experience in sales, outbound/inbound lead generation or consultative sales.
- Experience in corporate customer service or international call center environments.
- Proven track record of working successfully with U.S.-based teams.
