We are a rapidly growing, U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator that acquires and operates a portfolio of high-potential consumer brands. We take small, promising private-label businesses and scale them into durable, profitable brands across Amazon and other direct-to-consumer marketplaces — both domestically and internationally.

Our brands sell real, physical products, which means real supply chain complexity: overseas manufacturing, international freight, inventory planning across multiple SKUs and marketplaces, and constant pressure on landed cost and margin. We are a lean, data-driven team where operators own outcomes end to end rather than sitting inside a narrow function.

As we expand our portfolio and push further into international markets, disciplined operations have become the difference between brands that scale profitably and brands that stall. This role sits at the center of that.

About the Role

~1 min read

This is a confidential search to lead our Operations function.

We are looking for a senior operator who can take full ownership of supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics across our brand portfolio. Today, elements of this function are held across the leadership team and one existing Operations team member; we need one accountable owner who can bring structure, build repeatable systems, and free up leadership to focus on brand growth and acquisition.

This is not a coordinator or execution-only seat. You will own the numbers, manage the supplier and 3PL relationships that keep product flowing, and make the cost and inventory decisions that directly protect margin. You will also lead and develop an existing team member, with room to grow the function as the portfolio scales.

Success in the first year looks like: a supply chain that runs on predictable systems rather than firefighting, cleaner inventory and landed-cost visibility, stronger supplier and freight terms, and an Operations function that leadership can rely on without daily involvement.

Responsibilities

~2 min read

Supply Chain & Procurement

  • →Own end-to-end supply chain planning across the brand portfolio
  • →Manage procurement and purchasing decisions, balancing cost, quality, and lead time
  • →Negotiate and maintain terms with suppliers to protect margin and reliability

Manufacturing, Freight & Logistics

  • →Manage relationships with overseas manufacturers, holding them accountable to quality, timelines, and cost
  • →Oversee international freight and coordinate with 3PLs to ensure on-time, cost-efficient fulfillment
  • →Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the manufacturing-to-fulfillment pipeline

Inventory Planning & Financial Control

  • →Own inventory planning and replenishment across SKUs and marketplaces to avoid stockouts and overstock
  • →Manage COGS, landed cost, and inventory valuation, and use them to drive decisions
  • →Build simple controls and reconciliation routines so critical inventory, COGS, and landed-cost data can be independently validated and reproduced
  • →Partner with leadership on operational budgeting and margin protection

Marketplace & E-commerce Operations

  • →Ensure smooth operational execution across Amazon and other D2C channels
  • →Support marketplace and international expansion from an operations and fulfillment standpoint
  • →Translate marketplace and sales data into inventory and supply planning

Team Leadership

  • →Manage, develop, and progressively expand the ownership of an existing Operations team member, using delegation and coaching to increase team throughput and reduce dependence on the manager for recurring execution.
  • →Build the systems, documentation, and processes that allow the function to scale
  • →Act as the accountable owner of Operations for the leadership team

Requirements

~1 min read
  • Proven experience leading supply chain, inventory planning, and procurement, ideally in a physical-product or e-commerce environment
  • Direct experience managing overseas manufacturers, international freight, and 3PLs
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency, particularly around COGS, landed cost, and inventory valuation
  • Demonstrated people-management and delegation experience
  • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to maintain significant daily overlap with U.S. Mountain Time
  • Hands-on Amazon and/or broader e-commerce marketplace experience
  • Spanish fluency
  • Experience in a small, fast-moving, or founder-led company where you owned outcomes directly
  • Experience supporting international marketplace expansion

You are:

  • An owner, not an executor. You take a function that lives in several people's heads and turn it into systems that run without you being asked.
  • Financially fluent. You are comfortable in the numbers and make cost and inventory decisions that protect margin.
  • Operationally calm under pressure. You solve problems proactively and escalate material risks early, with clear options and recommendations.
  • A builder. You are energized by bringing structure to something that isn't fully built yet.
  • A steady leader. You can manage and develop a team member while staying hands-on yourself.
  • Comfortable in a lean, fast environment where priorities shift and no one hands you a playbook.

What We Offer

~1 min read

This is a rare chance to own an entire Operations function, not a slice of one, inside a growing e-commerce company where your decisions visibly move the business. You will report directly to the CEO, have real authority over supply chain and margin, and have room to grow the function as the portfolio scales. If you want ownership, direct impact, and a seat close to leadership, this is that role.
