About the company
Our client is one of Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer baby brands, supporting parents through thoughtfully designed products and an exceptional e-commerce experience. As the company expands its international footprint, paid acquisition across Meta and Google has become one of its most vital growth drivers.
They are seeking a highly analytical yet creative marketer who can bridge the gap between media buying and creative strategy. This individual will play a key role in accelerating campaign velocity, boosting performance, and creating a more efficient workflow between performance marketing and content production.
About the Role
Our paid media efforts are managed through an external agency. While campaign management is effective, the process of identifying creative opportunities, sourcing assets, producing new content, and launching campaigns is often slow and fragmented.
The ideal candidate will own the connection between performance data and creative execution. You will understand what is working inside Meta and Google, identify opportunities for new creative concepts, leverage existing content assets, and use modern AI tools to rapidly develop new creative variations.
This role is critical to helping us increase marketing velocity, improve ROAS, and stay ahead of competitors who are increasingly leveraging AI-powered creative production.
