About the company

Our client is one of Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer baby brands, supporting parents through thoughtfully designed products and an exceptional e-commerce experience. As the company expands its international footprint, paid acquisition across Meta and Google has become one of its most vital growth drivers.

They are seeking a highly analytical yet creative marketer who can bridge the gap between media buying and creative strategy. This individual will play a key role in accelerating campaign velocity, boosting performance, and creating a more efficient workflow between performance marketing and content production.

About the Role
Our paid media efforts are managed through an external agency. While campaign management is effective, the process of identifying creative opportunities, sourcing assets, producing new content, and launching campaigns is often slow and fragmented.

The ideal candidate will own the connection between performance data and creative execution. You will understand what is working inside Meta and Google, identify opportunities for new creative concepts, leverage existing content assets, and use modern AI tools to rapidly develop new creative variations.

This role is critical to helping us increase marketing velocity, improve ROAS, and stay ahead of competitors who are increasingly leveraging AI-powered creative production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key KPIs.
  • Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and campaign experimentation.

  • Analyze attribution and conversion data to guide investment decisions.
  • Creative Strategy & Performance

  • Develop creative testing roadmaps and hypotheses.
  • Translate campaign data into clear creative recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators and editors to improve ad performance.
  • Maintain an organized creative asset library and ensure existing content is fully leveraged before new content is produced.
  • Continuously evaluate competitor advertising strategies and emerging trends.
  • AI-Powered Content Development
  • Utilize AI tools to generate, enhance, and iterate on ad creatives.
  • Create image and video concepts using modern AI platforms.
  • Produce creative variations for testing at scale.
  • Experiment with emerging AI workflows that reduce production timelines and improve efficiency.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI-powered creative production.
  • Growth & Optimization
  • Establish repeatable systems for creative testing and campaign improvement.
  • Increase speed-to-market for new campaigns and creative iterations.
