We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to take full ownership of organic growth and digital visibility for a U.S.-based home services company. This role will focus on improving website traffic, search rankings, and overall online presence.

The ideal candidate is experienced, strategic, and capable of executing SEO initiatives end-to-end while also contributing to broader marketing efforts.

• →Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
• →Conduct keyword research and implement optimization strategies
• →Optimize website structure, content, and performance
• →Monitor and improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
• →Manage and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• →Identify growth opportunities across website and digital channels
• →Support content strategy aligned with SEO goals
• →Collaborate on broader digital marketing initiatives
• →Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI tools

• 4–7+ years of experience in SEO (senior level)
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of AI tools and how they apply to SEO/content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategy

• Experience working with service-based or local businesses
• Background in home services, construction, or roofing industries
• Experience with conversion optimization and website performance
• Familiarity with broader digital marketing (content, paid ads, etc.)
