About the Role
~1 min readWe're seeking a versatile and detail-obsessed Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist who can turn raw footage, animation, and brand assets into visually engaging narratives. You’ll be responsible for editing high-quality, platform-optimized video content and ensuring it aligns with our brand's clean, minimal aesthetic. This role is critical to strengthening our storytelling across e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short- and long-form video content for paid ads, web, and social media
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and sound design to elevate production quality
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on visual direction and narrative structure
- Optimize videos for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and product pages
- Manage multiple post-production projects in parallel with quick turnaround times
- Maintain brand consistency and apply feedback from stakeholders efficiently
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and post-production
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong eye for pacing, composition, and rhythm
- Comfortable editing to brand guidelines with minimal supervision
- Organized with experience managing post-production workflows and file organization
- Portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, strong visual editing, and motion design
Requirements
- Experience in direct-to-consumer or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with color grading and sound mixing
- Ability to edit in multiple styles (e.g. polished branded content, raw user-generated-style edits)
- Basic knowledge of AI-enhanced animation, or creative AI tools (not required but helpful)
