The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Economic Assistance, is seeking a highly motivated individual with keen attention to detail to join our Team in the DHHS Worker Evaluation Program Accuracy Specialist role. The successful candidate should possess good oral and written communications skills.
Under limited supervision, a Program Accuracy Specialist is responsible for conducting full quality assurance reviews of case management activities; coordinating with management and staff to develop and implement various strategies and initiatives to achieve the highest possible accuracy rate; performing related work as assigned.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →At least 3 years of experience as an Medicaid Social Services Worker OR at least 2 years of experience as an Medicaid Social Services Lead or Supervisor OR at least 3 years of combined experience as a Social Services Worker, Lead, or Supervisor.
- →Experience in eligibility determination, case management, quality control, or program integrity.
- →Proficiency with eligibility systems, data tracking tools, and federal/state reporting requirements.
- →Experience identifying error trends and documenting findings clearly and objectively.
