ゲームに必要な3Dモデルやテクスチャ、小物、背景など、各種アートアセットを制作します
より良いユーザー体験を実現するために、ゲーム開発に関わる他職種のメンバーと連携しながら制作を行います。
業務を通じて、ゲーム開発全般に関わるさまざまなスキルの習得が要求されます。柔軟に学び、吸収する姿勢が重要です。

アート、ゲームデザイン、ゲームそのものに対する強い情熱を持っていること。
英語の学習意欲のある方を歓迎（英会話レッスンを受講可能）
Maya、ZBrush、または同等のソフトウェアを用いたモデリングの実務レベルのスキル
Substance PainterおよびSubstance Designerを用いたテクスチャ制作スキル
カートゥーン調の遊び心あるアートスタイルに強い関心を持っていること。
スピード感を持って、自主的に業務へ取り組めること。
細部まで丁寧に作り込めること。
周囲への敬意を持ち、根気強く学ぶ姿勢を備えていること。
社交的で周囲と前向きに関わることができること。

Responsibilities

→You will mostly create 3D models, textures, props, environments and other artistic elements needed for the game.
→You will also collaborate with other discipline members involved in the creation of a game to achieve the best user experience.
→Along the way, you will be required to learn many new general skills related to the development of a video game. An open mind will be crucial.

Passion for Art, game design, and gaming.
Intermediate Japanese language skill.
Good modeling in Maya / Zbrush or other equivalent software.
Good texturing skills using substance painter and designer.
Strong interest in cartoony, playful art style.
Ability to work fast and autonomously.
Attention to detail.
Willingness and patience to learn with a respectful attitude.
Social and outgoing personality.
