Our team works closely with artists, managers, and record labels to maximize audience engagement, grow fan communities, and drive commercial success across digital platforms.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who is passionate about music, digital culture, and innovative marketing strategies. This professional will support artists and labels by developing and executing creative digital campaigns, using data and analytics to maximize audience growth, engagement, streams, and overall campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for artists and labels across major digital and social platforms;
  • Work closely with artists, managers, and label partners to create customized marketing strategies aligned with release objectives;
  • Build and present marketing plans, campaign recaps, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze audience behavior, and generate insights to optimize results;
  • Identify digital trends, platform opportunities, and innovative marketing initiatives to support artist growth;
  • Collaborate with editorial teams, digital service providers (DSPs), and technology partners to maximize campaign impact;
  • Support the execution of release strategies, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met;
  • Contribute to a data-driven approach by transforming campaign metrics into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields;
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music, entertainment, media, or digital industries;
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and client service skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong writing and presentation skills;
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies;
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital platforms;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into marketing actions;
  • Conversational and written English proficiency.
  • Previous experience managing digital marketing campaigns for artists, brands, or entertainment projects;
  • Experience working directly with clients, artists, managers, or business partners;
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools and campaign performance reporting;
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms and the digital music ecosystem is highly desirable;
