As Chief Operating Officer, you will take on a key leadership role within the management team. You will be responsible for overseeing our operational service delivery, managing strategic client relationships, and driving the implementation of innovative compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

→Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
→Manage key client relationships (Key Account Management)
→Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
→Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
→Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
→Participate in strategic decision-making

Completed university degree (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
